Order confirmation, cancellation and refund
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that our system has received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for purchases.Once your order is placed, we begin the doll making process. As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too.
