Order confirmation, cancellation and refund
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that our system has received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for purchases.Once your order is placed, we begin the doll making process. As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. Please understand that this is a common practice in the sex doll industry.Do not sign the package if the product or part is damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Because most products are heavy, even cardboard boxes or airplane cases can be scratched or broken during shipping. If there are any obvious problems with the box, please report it to the shipping company.

YES!!!! This product is amazing. It’s my first glass toy, and it seems to be good quality (pink glass not pink paint, which I was concerned about). I opened the package, washed and and used it immediately. The shape and textures on top are A+++++ on the G-spot and this can reach your O-spot, A-spot and cervix. You can play with the curve having it go with your shape or put pressure on G-spot working against your shape. THAT is my favorite combined with the texture. I own many toys, some from high end places costing well more than $100 US. This has now moved up to my favorite in just one use. It’s a nice shape/size for anal too. And the loop handle is great for maintaining the desired direction and the loop is offset so if you need the loop out of the way, just flip the insert direction of the toy and you are golden.
