As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues. You should file a complaint with the carrier as this can happen during transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade too. Oh my god!! This is my new favourite toy ever! It’s huge but the soft material means it can slide in with no difficulties at all. I pressed down on the large but nicely shaped head with incremental movement, then all of a sudden WHOOSH!! It rushed inside me with a massive pop and filled me to the brim. Because the lower end of the plug is also large (8.5 inches around), it gave me an amazing stretch for the ten minutes I wore it. Now, half an hour later, I can still feel my hole gaping wide open!
