Order confirmation, cancellation and refund

This means that our system has received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for purchases.Once your order is placed, we begin the doll making process. As this is a custom product made only for you, you cannot cancel your order for any reason and it will be a final sale. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, exchange or refund is not possible due to hygiene issues.
